Basiliani Resort & SPA is located in the popular tourist town of Otranto, in the province of Lecce. The resort revives an ancient district of the city, from which it inherits the volume and floor plan of the buildings, the play of solids and voids, recesses and ledges, the presence of terraces with pergolas, external stairs, small openings, stone cornices and other elements typical of the local architecture. The property is located about 800 metres from the centre of Otranto.

Basiliani Resort & SPA offers its customers 128 elegantly furnished rooms equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, LCD TV, minibar, telephone, safe, hairdryer, free internet access). The rooms are divided into different categories: 55 Superior Rooms, located in the main building, many with balconies and available as double rooms, double rooms for single use, triple, 8 VIP Rooms for 1-3 people with a bathroom and whirlpool and relaxation bath, with a customized arrangement and 8 Superior Suites for 1-4 people, which are more spacious with two bathrooms and a deck furnished with armchairs; 56 Comfort Rooms, located in the annex building, reached by an external walkway and 40 steps, with window or balcony, overlooking an internal courtyard adjacent to other residential building, the availability of the rooms with a balcony shall be verified at the time of booking, available as double rooms and double rooms for single use. Rooms for disabled guests can be arranged.
