In ancient times, the housing part of Masseria Salinola was presented according to some rigorous schemes that ensured its authenticity: the central part was the home of the massaro, the most important figure of the farm around which all organizational, productive and social life was polarized. It presented itself as the largest building and placed higher up. All around and on the ground floor there were working environments with the courtyard, the peasants’ dwellings, the stables, the ancient family chapel, the vegetable gardens and the olive groves where the daily life of the countryside was dictated by the slow alternation of the seasons. A careful renovation in full respect of the original structure, the traditional canons of white lime and stone interiors has allowed us to obtain rooms and apartments created in this old country house from the 1700s and therefore completely different in size and structure, each one with its own characteristic and its own charm. All accommodations are located in the central body of the old manor and a few meters in a depandance of a younger age and all have independent access from its courtyard. Hospitality is organized in classic and superior double rooms, in romantic suites for two people or for families with children, and in studio apartments with 2/3 beds and in two-room apartments (one room and one living room) with 4/5 places bed, all equipped with bathroom with shower, hairdryer, kitchenette (only in the apartment), heating, minibar, LCD TV, free Wifi in all rooms and all equipped with air conditioning.
