Ancient noble residence designed in 1909 by the architect Luigi Carlo Arditi of Castelvetere, renowned and famous protagonist of the eclectic season of the architecture of Puglia at the time. The structure presents the architectural features of the neoclassical style, with a wide staircase leading to the entrance porch where four imposing Tuscan columns frame the three entrance doors that give the vestibule; at this level, intended for the use of the family and nowadays guests, there is a large basement area once used for production activities (storage of oil, grains and wine in barrels) and service (staff accommodation) and today completely renovated to accommodate receptions and events. In the large park in addition to the main building is, beyond the pool, an old stable where today they have been converted into studios for guests.
